Clearspring’s Organic Tahini White Sesame is made for us by a third-generation family producer in Europe, where they have been making Tahini since 1949. Clearspring Organic Tahini uses the finest, carefully selected 100% organic, hulled white sesame seeds. The seeds are roasted and then ground into a smooth paste. The white sesame seeds are hulled making the tahini paste sweeter and smoother. The white creamy colour is great to drizzle straight on to your final dish or mix to make houmous, dips and creamy spreads.
