Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on shelf-stable items that remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Email our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Provide Evidence
For items damaged during transit or quality concerns, please attach clear photographs of the product and the outer shipping carton.
Authorization & Shipping
Once approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions on how to safely ship the items back to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
